• Terms of Trade to be viewed and signed.
• Dates booked for day of collection. Aussie Pet Connections to book road & or flights. We follow this step to ensure your pet is transported ASAP and to save the buyer paying for two trips to the seller!
• Buyer to deposit purchase price of the pet into the separate bank account specific only to the Premium Pick Up and Try Before You Buy Options.
• Buyer to deposit Aussie Pet Connections costs, including transport and Premium Pick-Up Cost into standard Aussie Pet Connections account. Bank account details can be provided at this point in case of refund due to purchase not taking place. Or you can wait until day of pick up.
• Day of pick up.

1. Buyer must have access to phone at nominated pick up time.
2. We will facetime buyer while interacting with the animal. We can  interact with multiple animals just as you would if you were there yourself to choose your new pet.
3. On buyer choosing a pet, we will take photos of chosen pet and send to the buyer.
4. Once buyer confirms they would like to purchase pet and has emailed confirmation of such with instruction to release funds for purchase, Aussie Pet Connections will transfer monies to the seller.
5. Aussie Pet Connections to transport the pet to the buyer as instructed.

• If for whatever reason a purchase does not take place, the buyer will receive their full amount deposited into the separate bank account specific only to the Premium Pick Up and Try Before You Buy Options.

It is important to note that funds deposited for the Transport and Premium Pick-Up option will not be refunded as we will have completed our service. However, funds deposited for flight (Depending on airline policy. Qantas will be no charge except in the case of credit card payment where we would retain fees charged. Virgin bookings usually are fully refundable minus any credit card payment fees but we cannot guarantee this) and or any road transport not completed, will be refunded. Refund time frame will be dependent on work load on the day, but will be no longer than 48 hours.* (Usually within 24 hours).

*48 HOUR LIMIT ONLY APPLIES IF BUYER HAS PROVIDED BANK DETAILS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
