In regards to our Pet Transport, we are very much focused on the wellbeing of the animals.
The comfort and safety of your pet comes first and any special requirements you may have for them are taken into account. We use airline approved crates and freighting boxes.
Then, it’s all about you. We can take care of every detail, or as little as you would like.
When we commenced the Transportation side of our business, a common them in the feedback was how personal and “easy” we made each transaction.
This was great feedback and got us thinking about how better we could serve our clients.
We are happy to be able to provide not only a ride from point A to B, but a full door to door service which can include MEASURES AT TIME OF PICK UP so as a buyer you can be assured that the pet you are paying for is exactly what you will receive when you get them home.
With so many scams across the internet, we also provide a service that ensures your hard earned dollars will not be lost if, when we arrive to pick up, your new pet isn’t what you thought it would be. Or, isn’t there at all.
Communication is very important and you get plenty of it. We listen to your needs and act accordingly. We keep you informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. If changes need to be made, we take care of it keeping all parties up to date.
